چکیده
Low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasms (LAMNs) are rare tumors that primarily diagnosed using computed tomography(CT) enhancement and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Herein, we report the sonographic features, especially for contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), of a 70-year-old female with an unusual LAMN metastasizing to peritoneum spleen. The patient had right pelvic mass 2 days prior presentation. Two-dimensional (2D) revealed mixed cystic-solid in lower abdomen spleen parenchyma; CEUS showed heterogeneous both areas, suspected be mass. CT MRI findings concurrent findings. Histopathologically, lesions were confirmed appendix, spleen, specimens obtained during exploratory laparoscopy. No recurrences reported at three years postoperatively. may metastasize abdominal organs, examinations essential diagnosis. This study presents major ultrasonography diagnosis LAMNs.

Hepatic metastases of hemangiopericytoma: contrast-enhanced MRI, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and angiography findings
Hemangiopericytoma is a rare and characteristically hypervascular tumour. We report a case of hepatic metastases of hemangiopericytoma for which there was correlative imaging by ultrasonography, ultrasonography with second-generation contrast agent (BR1), computed tomography, gadolinium-enhanced, Gd-BOPTA-enhanced and ferumoxides-enhanced magnetic resonance, and angiography. To our knowledge, t...

alloderm® (lifecell corp.; brancburg, nj) is an acellular dermal matrix (adm) that serves as an immunologically inert scaffold in plastic surgery. in breast reconstruction, it is used as a filler for lumpectomy defects and can be used to create the inferolateral portion of the tissue expander pocket or implant pocket in postmastectomy patients. however, there are limited reports of the radiolog...
متن کاملHoloprosencephaly: A Case Report and Review of Prenatal Sonographic Findings
Holoprosencephaly is a rare intracranial abnormality. The incidence of holoprsencephaly is between 0.56-0.63 of 10,000 live-born infants10. It has classified into three degrees, alobar, semilobar and lobar. In this case report we are introducing a case of Holoprosencephaly, in 13 weeks of pregnancy which was twin. We could identified this abnormality and the reduction was done in the appropriat...
متن کاملMALAKOPLAKIA OF THE COLON: A CASE REPORT AND LITERATURE REVIEW
Malakoplakia is a rare disease with undefined etiology that has been almost exclusively reported in urology and pathology journals. We are presenting a case of colonic malakoplakia in an I8-year old young man who was referred to us with a four-year history of intermittent rectorrhagia. The pathological examination of the endoscopically resected specimen revealed pathognomonic features of ma...
